  1. Youve been reading my mind! Just last week I was thinking "I need to meal plan some fun new autumn salads!" I hadn't found anything on Pinterest I particularly loved but these look SO GOOD! Especially 2 & 3?

Love everything! How does the Freekah taste? Does it have the nutty undertones or is it just like rice?

  3. Janicke B.M. says:

Loved these salads. So pretty and such yummy toppings.
I really love the quality of your videos too!

  4. Mimi Gilmore says:

Thank you, HealthNut! They all look delicious. If you live somewhere where they don't sell Lighthouse dressings, do you have any suggestions for a healthy-ish caesar dressing?

Hello from Dubai …Just joined your Chanel , love it so far , just a note freekeh should be made like rice , it's a very tasty grain … like when u are using a cup of freekeh add a cup of boiling water … then if u need more as later .. it shouldn't be mushy at the end … one more tip add a drizzle of olive oil just before it finish .. u can cook it with Chicken stock … can't wait to explore your other vidoes

  6. Cesar Flores says:

I just subscribed to your channel and feel the need to watch all your videos right now. The three options look delicious, tough option number two is my favorite.
