– half cucumber
– whole lemon
– strawberries
– banana
– ginger
– chia seeds

– 1 cup oats
– 1 1/2 cup water OR plant milk
– cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tbsp (or more!) 100% PURE maple syrup *major key*
toppings / add-ons:
– whatever fruit you have (berries & apples are so good)
– chia or flax seeds #health
– nuts or nut butter

– romaine
– cherry tomatoes
– bellpeppers
– red onion
– cucumber
– avocado
– lime
~ put inside nori wraps + dip in coconut aminos for extremE yumminess
